Farofa

Ingredients
500g Manioca Flour raw
2 table Spoons of Butter
1 Spanish onion chopped
1 grated Carrot
½ cup sultanas
½ cup almonds
½ cup green peas
½ cup corn kernels
Parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper
Directions
Melt the butter in a fry pan, add the onion, carrots and flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, salt and pepper.
Garnish with the parsley.
