Xmas - Farofa

Chicken Stuffed with Guava & Camebert

 

Ingredients
1 grated carrot
3 Sp Butter
1 chopped onion
500g Raw Manioc Flour
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sultanas
Salt, pepper and parsley


Directions
Salte onion on butter, add the grated carrot them the Manioc Flour. Stir for 5 minutes. Add the walnuts and sultanas. Cook always stiring it until the Farofa turns golden. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
