BRAZILIAN FISH MOQUECA

Ingredients
1kg of (fish name) on thik pieces
3 garlic chopped cloves
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup parsley
1 cup shallots
1 large onion sliced
2 large tomatoes sliced
1 green capscum sliced
1 red capscum sliced
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup dende oil
Salt

Fish-Moqueca

Directions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large cooking pot. Dip the fish pieces in a mixture of lemon juice and garlic before placing it in the heated pot. Turn the fish and add all the other ingredients except the Dende Oil and coconut milk. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 min then add the Dende Oil and coconut milk. Cook for another 5 minuts then enjoy your Brazilian Moqueca.
