Feijoada

Ingredients
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium capsicum
4 slices of bacon cut into pieces
3 pork sausages 
3 bay leaves
1 vegetable stock cube
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pack Brazilian Style Foods Black Beans
50g Yoki Farofa Pronta Seasoned Cassava Flour

Directions
Sautee the onion, garlic & capsicum, add the bacon & sausage and cook through. Bring a pot of water to the boil & add the beans, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, bay leaves & sauteed meats etc. Simmer for approximately 2 hours, if cooking using a pressure cooker it will take around 25 min. Serve with rice & Yoki Farofa.
