Prawn Moqueca de Camarao

1 / 2 Kilo Prawns
Juice of 1 lemon
1 / 2 cup of Dende Oil Cepera
2 medium onions, sliced
1 green capsicum sliced
1 red capsicum sliced
1 / 2 cup of coriander
1 / 2 cup of chopped parsley
2 onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, sliced
Salt to taste
1 cup of coconut milk
Prawn Moqueca


Clean the shrimp and season with salt and lemon juice. Leave aside.

Saute all the ingredients in the dende oil, cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.Finally, add the coconut milk and garnish with coriander.

Serve with white rice.
