SAGU (TAPIOCA PEARLS COOKED IN RED WINE)

Ingredients
Fruity Red wine 1L
1 1/2L water
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
300gms Tapioca Pearls
500g Sugar
Vanilla Custard (optional)

Directions
Heat the wine, water, cloves and cinnamon. When boiling add the Tapioca Pearls. Cook for 15 minutes or till the tapioca Pearls become transparent. Add the sugar stirring it well. Can be served room temperature or cold. Add vanilla custard on top if you like.
