Tapioca Baiana

Ingredientes
500g sweet starch
2 cups water
1 pinch salt (mix with the water)

Directions
Place the sweet starch in a mixing ball and add water slowly. Mix well using your hands. Place the mixture in a large sieve and stir it through making the hydrated flour come through the sieve. Use it to make the tapiocas pancake on a fry pan. Turn it a after it got shape and cook a bit more on the other side. Serve it warm with butter, Guava paste & Cheese, cheese &ham, Condensed milk & coconut, banana and condensed milk, strawberries & chocolate or any way you like!
