Vegetarian Feijoada

Ingredients
500g back beans
2 onions
1 green capsicum
2 red capsicum
1 Zucchine
4 large tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
2 spoon of oil
2 basil leaves
Salt and pepper for seasoning
2 packs Mais Sabor Beans
1 pack Farofa Pronta Yoki to serve with the feijoada
White rice cooked to serve with the feijoada

Directions
Soak the beans overnight. Darin and rinse it. Cook in salty water for around 25 minutes. Chop the onion, garlic, capsicums and zuchines and place ina pan with a bit of oil. Add the beans and the tomatoes (without the skin) and top it u with water, cook for around 1hour adding more water if needed. Add the Mais Sabor seasoning. Serve with rice and Farofa pronta Yoki.
