Santuario de Minas is produced and crafted in Papagaios, a region known to produce high quality handcrafted cachaÇa. In the fermentation process the strictest care in the the selection of yeast & sugar cane is taken to ensure good acidity.
The distilation process is carried out in copper stills in which separation & standardization are made and then stored in Oak barrels for 24 months.
