Kibe de Forno


Rinse the Wheat Trigo and soak in 1L of warm water till hydreated. Mix the mince and all other ingredients. Mix the trigo. On an over proof dish, do one layer of the mix and 1 layer of the cheese or any other filling you like. Bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
