Purple color, intense rubi-red. High aromatic intensity, with harmony between fruit and oak. Notes of fruit jam, raisins, coffee, blackcurrant and cocoa. Miolo Cuvée Giuseppe is a well structured wine, with great body, striking tannins and harmonious presence of wood.

The grapes used in this wine were selected from the best parcels of Miolo family vineyards in Vale dos Vinhedos, Serra Gaúcha, hand picked, destemmed, hand selected in a selection conveyor and transfered to the fermentation tanks. Maceration was performed in stainless steel tanks with simultaneous alcoholic fermentation . For a slow and selective extraction of color and tannins, the must was homogenized with skins six times a day, using the Pigeage method. Post fermentation maceration for 20 days, followed by racking. Maturation in new french oak for 1 year. Wines are then blended and bottled.
