Feijao Tropeiro

200 g bacon
1 chorizo sausage
2 cups of cooked black beans
1 chopped onion
1 chopped garlic clove
100 gr Butter
2 eggs
1 cup toasted Cassava Flour
Salt pepper
Spring onion or Parsley as Garnish

Fry the bacon, them the chorizo. Leave aside. Fry the onion and garlic, add the cooked beans, salt and pepper. In another fry pan, cook the eggs stirring it, add the cassava flour and a bit of salt. Mix the eggs and flour to the beans, bacon and chorizos. Garnish with the spring onion or parsley.
