Farofa

Ingredients
200g bacon diced
1 medium onion dices
2 garlic pieces diced
2 carrots grated
½ cup frozen peas
3 eggs
300g Cassava Flour 
Parsley
Spring onion
2 spoons of butter

Directions
Sautee bacon, onions and garlic. On low heat, add carrots, peas and eggs and stir until cooked and well mixed. Add the manioc flour. Take of the heat and add parsley and spring onion. It can be served as a side dish to barbeques, casseroles etc.
