Pastry: Crush the Yoki pacoquinhas (sweet peanut rolls) and mix with the milk. Place in the baking tray pressing with the fingers on the bottom and sides. Bake on preheated oven at 180C for 5 min.
Filling: Melt the chocolate in bain-marie (pan placed in hot water) and mix the cream. Add the honey, rumand butter. Leave in the frigde for 30 minutes. Mix the gelatine and water. Place the chocolate mixture with the gelatin and mix for 3 minutes with an electrical mixer,. Pour the filling over the base and place in the fridge. Decorate with crushed pacocas. Serve cold.
