Sonho de Valsa Cake


· 1/2 pack arrowroot biscuits
. 200g roasted peanuts
· 50g butter
· 1/2 can condensed milk
· 200mls milk

· 3 Cups Milk
· 2/3 cup of icing sugar

 20  Sonho de Valsa
· 4 large Spoons Corn Starch
· 3 eggs Yolks

· 3/4 cup Milk
· 1 Large spoon Chocolate Powder
· 3 tea spoons sugar
· 1 Large spoon Butter

Pastry: Mix the peanuts and Biscuits in the blender them place in a bowl and add the butter, condensed milk and milk. Spread the mixture in a cake tray and bake for 5 minutes.

Filling: In a pan, mix milk, icing sugar, corn starch and egg yolks. Cook inlow heat stirring it constantly till it gets thicker. Place the chocolate bonbons on the pastry and pour the filling mixture over it. Cover the cake with cling wrapping an leave it in the fridge till cold.

Icing: In a pan, mix milk, chocolate powder, sugar and butter. Bring it toboil till it is thicker. Leave it to cool down. Before serving it, spread the chocolate icing covertures and decorate with bonbons pieces.
