Tapioca Pudim

Ingredients
500g de granulated Tapioca 
500ml milk
250ml coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
Small can Passion fruit syrup or caramelised sugar

Directions
Mix the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk. In a large container mix the tapioca granulated flour with the cocconut milk & condensed milk mixture. Stir well. Pour it on the pudin mold. Keep in the fridge overnight. When serving pour the Passionfruit syrup or caramlised sugar on top.
