Tapioca Pudim

500g de granulated Tapioca flour
500ml milk
250ml coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
Small can Passion fruit syrup

Mix the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk. In a large container mix the tapioca granulated flour with the cocconut milk & condensed milk mixture. Stir well. Pour it on the little pudins molds. Keep in the fridge overnight. When serving pour the Passionfruit syrup on top.

So simple, easy to make and absolutely delicious!! The recipe makes HEAPS! Ideal for a family gathering as it's filling too. I recommend it.
