Vegetarian Feijoada
Ingredients 500g back beans 2 onions 1 green capsicum 2 red capsicum 1 Zucchine 4 large tomatoes 4 garlic cloves 2 spoon of oil 2 basil leaves Salt and pepper for seasoning 2 packs Mais Sabor Beans 1 pack Farofa Pronta Yoki to serve with the feijoada White rice cooked to serve with the feijoada |

Directions
Soak the beans overnight. Darin and rinse it. Cook in salty water for around 25 minutes. Chop the onion, garlic, capsicums and zuchines and place ina pan with a bit of oil. Add the beans and the tomatoes (without the skin) and top it u with water, cook for around 1hour adding more water if needed. Add the Mais Sabor seasoning. Serve with rice and Farofa pronta Yoki.
