2 cups of canjica corn
2 liters of water
1 can condensad milk
2 cups of milk
1 cup coconut milk
cloves and cinamon


Soak the canjica corn overnight. In a pressure cooker cook the canjica on the water with cinnamon and cloves for 45 minutes or around 90 minutes on a regular pan. Remove the clove and cinnamon stick. Add the condensed milk, milk and coconut milk. Boil for around 10 min.Enjoy it hot or cold. Sugar can be added if you like.
