Introducing Cedilla

Made with over 500 açaí berries per bottle, Cedilla is a macerated fruit liqueur created in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Expertly blended by Master Distiller Gilles Merlet, Cedilla starts with hand-picked Açaí berries from the Amazon region of Brazil.

Macerated and blended with the highest quality alambique Cachaça from Patos de Minas, Brazil. The result is a rich fruity flavor with complex chocolate, spice, and berry notes. Drink neat, over ice, with soda, or as a signature to your favorite cocktail.

AÇAÍ CAIPIRINHA

60ml Cachaça
30ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
6 lime wedges
15ml simple sugar syrup
In a mixing glass muddle the limes and simple syrup. Add Cedilla and Cachaça. Fill with ice, shake well and pour contents into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

30ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
60ml Gin
30ml Campari
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or serve on the rocks in a rocks glass. Garnish with a citrus twist.

CEDILLA SOUR

60ml Cachaça
45ml fresh lime juice
30ml simple syrup
15ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
15ml egg white (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients except the Cedilla in a mix-ing glass and add ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a float of Cedilla on the surface of the drink.

CEDILLA ROYALE

30ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
120ml champagne

In a champagne flute, pour in Cedilla and gently top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime zest.

60ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
Club soda

Add Cedilla to a glass with ice. Fill to the top with club soda and stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge or twist.

30ml Cedilla Açaí Liqueur
45ml vodka
15ml fresh lime juice 
120ml ginger beer
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Cedilla, vodka, lime juice,  and top with ginger beer. garnish with a lime twist.
