In the mouth it expresses intense creaminess with a good volume, balanced acidity and long aftertaste.

Selection of grapes from five family vineyards in the region of Serra Gaucha. Selection of bunches on a selection conveyor. Destemming of clusters, light pressure pressing without crushing the skins, cold maceration at 8 degrees with whole berries for 5 hours. Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in new french oak barrels at 15 degrees. Maturation in berrels for ten months on the lees with battonage. Stabilization, filtration and bottling.
